Excellent Talk on TED on the “sixth sense”….

TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from those three worlds. Since then its scope has become ever broader. Many of the talks given at TED are posted for the public to access.

You will enjoy the talk that I just viewed on TED. I certainly did.

Trickle-up Innovation

A new turn of phrase has been coined – trickle-up innovation. See the article in Businessweek. Not sure if we need a new catchphrase, but let’s see where it goes. Look also at this blog. My feeling is that this is a new term for something that has been around for a very long time.

However see the most recent story of the success of trickle up innovation from P&G.
